随着社会的不断进步,人们逐渐意识到生态环境保护的重要性。中国提出碳达峰碳中和目标,在实现“双碳”目标的过程中,节能监察具有很重要的作用。主要讲述了中国实现“双碳”目标的战略意义及节能监察的发展现状,对节能建设中存在的问题进行了详细分析,并提出相应的解决策略,以加强节能监察能力建设,为后续的节能监察工作奠定基础。

With the continuous progress of society,people gradually realize the importance of ecological environmental protection.China has proposed the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.In the process of realizing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,energy conservation supervision plays an important role.The strategic significance of realizing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the development status of energy conservation supervision in China were mainly described,the existing problems in energy conservation construction were analyzed in detail,and the corresponding solutions were put forward,so as to strengthen the capacity building of energy conservation supervision and lay the foundation for the follow-up energy conservation supervision work.
