摘要
为了避免采煤过程中综采工作面发生支架下滑等安全事故,对煤矿矿井23215综采工作面顶板管理技术进行了设计。以伊犁新矿煤业有限责任公司23215综采工作面为例,通过对工作面进行矿压观测,为顶板管理提供技术参数。在工作面顶板管理中,根据支护强度确定液压支架的选型,并采用本架操作、及时支护的顶板支护方式。在顺槽及端头顶板管理中,上顺槽、下顺槽采用超前支架支护方式,工作面端头采用支架支护顶板的管理方式。
In order to avoid safety accidents such as bracket sliding in the fully mechanized mining face during the coal mining process,the roof management technology of the 23215 fully mechanized mining face in the coal mine was designed.Taking the 23215 fully mechanized mining face of Yili Xinkuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,by observing the mining pressure on the face,technical parameters were provided for roof management.In the management of the working face roof,the selection of hydraulic support was determined based on the support strength,and the roof support method of operating this support and timely support were adopted.In the management of the trough and end roof,the advanced support method was adopted by the upper and lower troughs,and the management method of the roof supported by the support was adopted at the end of the working face.
