基于机器视觉的采煤工艺参数在线监测方法

摘要 随着人工智能技术的发展,机器视觉技术得到了广泛的应用,尤其是在采煤行业中。采煤是重要的能源资源开发方式,对采煤机状态和工艺参数的准确监测和控制要求越来越高。传统的采煤机工艺参数监测方法存在一定的局限性和不足,不能满足高效、高质的采煤要求。针对传统煤矿采煤过程中存在的诸多问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的采煤工艺参数在线监测方法。该方法通过采集煤矿采煤现场的视频数据,借助机器学习算法对视频数据进行分析处理,提取出采煤工艺参数,实现在线监测。主要介绍了机器视觉技术的概念及在煤矿生产中的重要意义、机器视觉技术在采煤中的应用、在线监测方法、利用机器视觉技术监测煤矿带式输送机等方面的内容。 With the development of artificial intelligence technology,machine vision technology has been widely used,especially in the coal mining industry.Coal mining is an important way to develop energy resources,and it requires more and more accurate monitoring and control of the state and process parameters of the shearer.There are some limitations and deficiencies in the traditional method of process parameter monitoring,which can not meet the requirements of high-efficiency and high-quality coal mining.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional coal mining process,an on-line monitoring method of coal mining process parameters based on machine vision was proposed.When using this method,by collecting the video data of coal mining site,the video data with the help of machine learning algorithm is analyzed,the coal mining process parameters are extracted,realizing the on-line monitoring.The concept of machine vision technology and its important significance in coal mine production,the application of machine vision technology in coal mining,on-line monitoring method,and the use of machine vision technology to monitor the belt conveyor in coal mines were mainly introduced.
