摘要
带式输送机是煤矿井下的重要运输设备,但是在实际应用中经常会发生各种故障,对煤矿开采造成了很大的影响。因此,为了降低各类故障发生的频率,减少由故障带来的不利影响,煤矿企业必须对带式输送机综合保护装置进行优化改进。对带式输送机的工作原理、常见故障进行了详细阐述,并且对各保护装置的结构进行了分析。
Belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment in coal mine underground transportation,but various faults often occur in practical applications,which has a great impact on coal mining.Therefore,in order to reduce the frequency of various faults and the adverse effects caused by faults,coal mining enterprises must optimize and improve the comprehensive protection device of the belt conveyor.A detailed explanation of the working principle and common faults of belt conveyors were carried out,and the structure of each protective device was analyzed.
