在“两个大局”相互交织的背景下,培育具备国际视野的新时代青年,是应对百年未有之大变局的必然要求,是推进中国式现代化的本质要求,是践行大国大党责任的内在要求,新时代青年成长成才的根本需要。马克思主义青年观、中华优秀传统文化、国家综合实力增强、共青团百年对外交往史为新时代中国青年国际视野的培育提供方向、资源、底气、动力。加强对新时代青年国际视野的培育须从加强理论教育、加深历史体悟、拓宽问题视域、拓展参与渠道等方面着手。

Against the background of the interweaving of the“two overall situations”,cultivating the youth of the new era with an international perspective is the inevitable requirement to cope with the profound changes unseen in a century,is the essential requirement to promote the Chinese-style modernization,is the internal requirement to practice the responsibilities of the great country and great party,and the fundamental need for the growth of the youth of the new era.The Marxist outlook on youth,theexcellent traditional Chinese culture,the enhancement of national comprehensive strength,and the century-old history of the Chinese Communist Youth League's foreign exchanges provide the direction,resources,confidence and impetus for the cultivation of the international vision of the Chinese youth in the new era.To strengthen the cultivation of international vision of young people in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical education,deepen the historical understanding,broaden the scope of problems,expand the channels of participation and so on.
