清代台湾地区诗人施琼芳的诗歌立足于本土文化,深入台湾地区人民的生活,运用质朴自然的语言,描写民众的衣食起居,如实记录了当地的风俗民情与社会现状,流露出诗人对台湾地区本土的关切与热爱、对台湾地区民俗的理解与认同,展现出与清代前中期宦台士人明显不同的立场与情感。施琼芳的风土诗与咏怀诗不再对台湾地区民族风情作猎奇式的描绘,停留于台湾地区地理风候等生活表层,而是开始体察民情,反映民众日常生活,揭露民生时弊与社会矛盾;在鸦片战争爆发之后,又新增了抵制鸦片、反抗侵略的爱国内容,有利地推动了台湾地区古典诗歌的发展。

The poetry of the Taiwan Residents region poet Shi Qiongfang of the Qing Dynasty was based on the local culture.Using simple and natural language,it went deep into the lives of the Taiwan Residents region people and described the people’s clothing,food and living.It truthfully recorded the local customs and social conditions.Meanwhile,the poetry revealed the poet’s concern and love for Taiwan’s region native culture,understanding and identification with Taiwan Residents region folklore.It showed a position and emotion that was obviously different from the officials in early period.Shi Qiongfang’s poems no longer made a curious depiction of Taiwan’s region national customs,staying on the surface of Taiwan’s region geographical customs and other aspects of life,but began to observe the people’s feelings,reflected the daily life of the people,and exposed the shortcomings and social contradictions of the people’s livelihood.After the outbreak of the Opium War,patriotic content of resisting opium and resisting aggression was added,which favorably promoted the development of classical poetry in Taiwan region.
