汉语国际传播话语与实践研究:缘起、指向和路径

A Study of Discourse and Practice in Chinese Language Globalization:Origin,Direction and Path

语言文字传播是对外文化传播的重要形式,当前亟须创新、多元、包容的语言国际传播思想指导具体实践。从学术层面解读,目前关于对外传播的原创性理论和主要西方理论不能充分解释汉语国际传播的话语和实践;从实践层面分析,国际中文教育作为汉语国际传播主阵地,没有突出在保障语言教学第一要务的同时,彰显文化传播民族性、国别性的教学任务。应从中华优秀传统文化出发,参考已有的历史和哲学研究成果,梳理中华经典对外传播思想演变的历史轨迹、战略思维、生成逻辑与实践样态,将经典概念在结合汉语国际传播实践、比较并丰富既有理论的基础上实现融合发展,探索其对推进国际中文教育教学改革的启示与关联。

The communication of language and characters is an important form of external cultural communication.At present,it is urgent to guide the specific practice with the innovative,pluralistic and inclusive idea of globalization of language.From an academic perspective,the current original theories and major western theories on international communication cannot fully explain the discourse and practice of Chinese language globalization;From the perspective of practice,as the main position of Chinese language globalization,international Chinese education does not highlight the teaching task of highlighting the national characteristics of cultural communication while ensuring the first priority of language teaching.Starting from the fine traditional Chinese culture and referring to the existing historical and philosophical research results,we should sort out the historical track,strategic thinking,generation logic and practice patterns of the evolution of the Chinese classic international communication thoughts,integrate and develop the classical concepts on the basis of combining the practice of Chinese language globalization,comparing and enriching the existing theories,and explore its enlightenment and relevance for promoting the reform of international Chinese education.
