乡村振兴,人才是关键。在全面推进乡村振兴的工作中,产业文化发展都需要人才的支撑,这也对高校思政育人工作提出了新要求,急需有爱农村、爱农业、爱农民的三农情怀人才回归乡村。高校也需要积极相应振兴乡村的战略需求,创新思政教育的实践路径,以思政引领整合教育资源并创新课程设置,理论与实践相结合,促进高校教育工作与乡村振兴的有效衔接。

Talent is the key to the revitalization of the countryside.In the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,the development of industry and culture needs the support of talents,which also puts forward new requirements for the work of thinking and education in universities,and urgently needs talents with love for the countryside,agriculture and farmers to return to the countryside.Universities need to actively respond to the strategic demand of revitalizing the countryside,innovate the practical path of thinking and political education.Universities also need integrate educational resources and innovative curriculum with thinking and political leadership by combining theory with practice to promote the effective connection between the educational work of colleges and universities and the revitalization of the countryside.
