基于职教人才培养“立交桥”需求的教材体系构建 被引量:1

摘要 现代职教人才培养“立交桥”构建过程中,贯通培养模式的重点正由规模发展转向质量提升,在研制课程标准的基础上,探索研发一体化教材体系是提升人才培养质量的关键环节。针对职业院校现有类型教材存在的知识衔接适用性差、系统化思维缺失、项目化推进困难等问题,根据一体化教学方案要求和贯通教育的特点,通过重构教材整体框架,优化教材图谱、内容图谱、资源图谱,聚焦学科融合、学段融合、媒介融合、评价融合、产教融合,有效实现绩优教学目标,为高质量职教人才培养提供优质课程资源保障。 In the process of constructing the"flyover"in modern vocational education talents training,the focus of the run-through cultivation mode is shifting from scale cultivation to quality improvement.Exploring,researching and developing the integrated teaching materials system on the basis of researching curriculum standards is a key link to improve the quality of talent training.To address the problems of poor applicability of knowledge connection,lack of systematic thinking and difficulties in project promotion in the existing types of teaching materials in vocational colleges,the overall framework of teaching materials is reconstructed according to the requirements of integrated teaching programs,the features of run-through education,optimizing the maps of teaching materials,contents and resources,focusing on the integration of subjects,academic sections,media,evaluation and industry-education,so as to effectively achieve the goal of excellent teaching and learning.Consequently,the excellent curriculum resources will surely be provided for the high-quality vocational education talents cultivation.
