再生沥青混合料低温静态性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 沥青路面在我国高等级公路中得到了大规模应用,随着使用年限的增长,需要定期进行维护,会产生大量的回收沥青路面材料(简称RAP),如果能充分利用这些RAP,可节约资源、保护环境。在分析道路开裂的原因基础上,本文对吉林省高速公路路面养护铣刨得到的RAP,进行抽提和蒸馏,对抽提得到的沥青进行了性能指标检测,对于掺入RAP的沥青混合料进行了低温性能试验,RAP掺量分别为20%,30%,40%,试验结果表明RAP掺量超过30%时,路面抗开裂性能明显下降,从抗压试验结果分析RAP掺量宜为20%~30%。通过试验结果分析,本文为再生沥青混合料RAP掺量提供了最佳范围,为类似工程应用提供了一定参考。 Asphalt pavement has been widely used in China's high-grade highway,with the increase of service life,it needs regular maintenance,which will produce a large amount of recycled asphalt pavement materials(referred to as RAP),if we can make full use of these RAP,we can save resources,protect the environment.Based on the analysis of the causes of road cracking,this paper extracted and distilled RAP obtained from the maintenance and milling of expressway pavement in Jilin Province,and tests the performance indexes of extracted asphalt,the low-temperature performance test of asphalt mixture with RAP was carried out,the content of RAP is20%,30% and 40% respectively,the test results show that the anti-cracking performance of pavement decreases obviously when the content of RAP exceeds 30%,the results of compression test show that the content of RAP should be 20%~30%.Through the analysis of the test results,this paper provides the best range for the content of RAP into recycled asphalt mixture,and provides some references for similar engineering applications.
