钢纤维长径比变化对全轻混凝土梁抗冲击性能影响

Effect of Variation of Steel Fiber Length-to-Diameter Ratio on Impact Resistance of All-Lightweight Concrete Beams

摘要 本文以无钢纤维为对照组,研究不同长径比钢纤维对全轻混凝土梁试件抗冲击性能的影响。采用落锤冲击试验装置对钢纤维全轻混凝土试件进行抗冲击试验,对试验现象和结果进行记录并分析。通过观测记录冲击荷载作用下全轻混凝土梁的裂缝分布、落锤冲击力及跨中位移等试验结果,对比分析表明:掺入纤维筋能有效提高全轻混凝土的抗冲击能力。增加长径比后,全轻混凝土变形能力得到显著提高,进一步增加了全轻混凝土的抗裂性能。 In this study,the impact resistance test pieces of all-lightweight concrete beams mixed with steel fibers with different length-to-diameter ratios were tested using non-steel fibers as the control group.The drop hammer impact test device is used to carry out impact test on steel fiber all-light weight concrete specimens,and the test phenomena and results are recorded and analyzed.By observing and recording the test results of crack distribution,drop weight impact force,and span displacement of all-lightweight concrete beams under impact loading,the test results show that:Incorporating fiber reinforcement can effectively improve the impact resistance of all-lightweight concrete.The deformation capacity of all-lightweight concrete was significantly improved by increasing the length-diameter ratio,which further increased the crack resistance of all-lightweight concrete.
