房屋建筑工程防渗漏原因及施工对策研究

Study on the Causes of Seepage Prevention and Construction Countermeasures in Building Construction Projects

随着我国经济的迅速发展,城镇化建设步伐越来越快。房屋建筑作为城镇化建设的关键,其数量不断增加。与此同时,房屋建筑质量也引起广泛关注。在房屋建筑工程施工过程中,渗漏是其中一项需要特别注意的质量问题。因此,采取恰当的防渗漏施工技术尤为重要。鉴于此,本文分析了房屋建筑工程的渗漏类型及原因,并以招远市梦芝街道金城路453号的金地·华盈悦府二期项目为案例,研究房屋建筑工程的防渗漏施工技术。通过研究得出,房屋建筑工程渗漏的类型分为外墙渗漏、地下室渗漏、墙面渗漏、卫生间渗漏和厨房渗漏等,引起渗漏的原因有施工设计不合理、材料不合格和施工不规范等。为了做好防渗漏工作,应根据渗漏类型引进最新施工技术。通过本研究,以期为相关工程项目提供参考。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the pace of urbanization is getting faster and faster.As the key of urbanization,the number of housing construction is increasing.At the same time,the quality of housing construction has also aroused widespread concern.In the process of building construction,leakage is one of the quality problems that need special attention.Therefore,it is particularly important to adopt appropriate seepage prevention construction technology.In view of this,this paper analyzes the types and causes of leakage in housing construction projects,and takes the second phase project of Jindi Huaying Yuefu located at No.453,Jincheng Road,Mengzhi Street,Zhaoyuan City as a case to study the seepage prevention construction technology of housing construction projects.Through research,it is concluded that the types of leakage in housing construction projects are divided into external wall leakage,basement leakage,wall leakage,toilet leakage and kitchen leakage,the causes of leakage include unreasonable construction design,unqualified materials and non-standard construction.In order to prevent leakage,the latest construction technology shall be introduced according to the leakage type.Through this study,in order to provide guidance for the seepage prevention of housing construction projects.
