粤港澳大湾区佛山制造型企业绿色创新行为的影响因素研究——基于结构方程模型和计划行为理论

Research on the Infl uencing Factors of Green Innovation Behaviour of Manufacturing Enterprises in Foshan,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Based on Structural Equation Modeling and Theory of Planned Behaviour

随着我国环境治理的要求不断提高,对企业的节能环保、绿色可持续发展提出了更高要求,因此传统制造业绿色化升级改造必须加快步伐。本文基于计划行为的理论视角,建立粤港澳大湾区佛山制造型企业绿色创新行为的驱动因素,并把绿色创新行为意愿层面延展到企业管理者产生绿色创新实际行为层面,采用结构方程模型的偏最小二乘法对实证数据进行分析。研究发现,绿色创新主观规范和绿色创新感知行为控制对绿色创新行为意愿有显著影响;绿色创新行为意愿对绿色创新行为有显著影响;绿色创新行为意愿在绿色创新感知行为控制与绿色创新行为之间具有正向的中介作用;但绿色创新行为态度对绿色创新行为意愿无显著影响;知识共享在绿色创新意愿转化为绿色创新行为过程中无调节作用;企业特征因素变量(规模、性质、行业、发展阶段、成立年限)对企业绿色创新行为无显著影响;绿色创新行为意愿在绿色创新行为态度、主观规范与绿色创新行为之间无中介作用。最后,希望通过本文实证分析的结果,对促进实现佛山制造型企业绿色创新行为提供参考。

China’s environmental governance raises higher requirements and puts forward higher requirements for energy saving,environmental protection and green sustainable development of enterprises,so the green upgrading and transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry must be accelerated.Based on the theory of planned behaviour,this paper establishes the driving factors of green innovation behaviours of manufacturing enterprises in Foshan,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and extends the level of willingness of green innovation behaviours to the level of actual behaviours of enterprise managers in generating green innovations,and analyses the empirical data by using the partial least squares method of structural equation modeling.It is found that subjective norms of green innovation and perceived behavioral control of green innovation have a significant effect on willingness to engage in green innovation behaviour;willingness to engage in green innovation behaviour has a significant effect on green innovation behaviour;willingness to engage in green innovation behaviour has a positive mediating role between perceived behavioral control of green innovation and green innovation behaviour;however,attitude to engage in green innovation behaviour does not have a significant effect on willingness to engage in green innovation behaviour;knowledge sharing has no moderating effect in the process of transforming innovation willingness into green innovation behaviour;enterprise characteristic factor variables(size,nature,industry,development stage,and years of establishment)have no significant effect on enterprise green innovation behaviour;green innovation behaviour willingness has no mediating effect between green innovation behaviour attitude,subjective norms and green innovation behaviour.Finally,it is hoped that the results of the empirical analysis in this paper will provide a reference for promoting the achievement of green innovation behaviour of manufacturing enterprises in Foshan.
