6014-T4P铝合金组织及织构研究

Study on microstructure and texture for 6014-T4P aluminum alloy

摘要 采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及电子背散射衍射等实验手段分析6014-T4P铝合金在工业试制过程中的组织及织构演变情况。结果表明,3卷热轧试制料中S织构的体积分数较Brass织构和Copper织构多,同时还包含再结晶织构,其R织构的体积分数最多。固溶处理后,试制板材中均存在完全再结晶晶粒,且晶粒分布较为不均匀,特别是B和C卷试制料。A、B和C卷试制料的平均晶粒尺寸分别为31.25、37.16和31.25μm。粗轧道次(11和13道次)对晶粒尺寸影响不大。A卷T4P态试制料的Cube织构明显小于B和C卷试制料,且其S织构和Cube织构的体积分数比为1.65∶1,A卷T4P态试制料的包边性能更好,但罗平纹更严重。同时,A、B和C卷T4P态试制料中2°~5°小角度晶界占比分别为35.0%、17.9%和24.0%。 The microstructure and texture evolution of 6014-T4P aluminum alloy in the industrial trial production process were analyzed by experimental analysis means such as metallographic microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and electron backscattering diffraction.The results show that the volume fraction of S texture in the three coils of hot-rolled trial material is more than that of Brass texture and Copper texture,and it also contains recrystallization texture with most volume fraction of R texture.After solution treatment,there are completely recrystallized grains in the trial-produced plates,and the grain distribution is relatively uneven,especially for the trial materials of B and C coils.The average grain sizes of the trial materials of A,B,C coils are 31.25,37.16 and 31.25μm,respectively.The rough rolling passes(11 and 13 passes)have little effect on the grain size.The Cube texture of the T4P state trial material of coil A is obviously smaller than that of trial materials of B and C coils,and the volume fraction ratio of S texture and Cube texture is 1.65∶1.The hemming performance of T4P state trial material of coil A is better,but the roping is more serious.At the same time,the proportions of 2°-5°small angle grain boundaries in the T4P state trial materials of A,B and C coils are 35.0%,17.9%and 24.0%,respectively.
