摘要
高硅钙低品位菱镁矿可通过浮选工艺提纯至硅0.2%和钙0.6%以下、MgO 47.2%以上;经旋流动态煅烧生产的MgO活性达10 s,灼减量≤1%,1 t产品能耗0.17 t标准煤,污染物达标排放;菱镁资源利用、节能减排效果显著。
The high silicon calcium low grade magnesite is purified to silicon 0.2%and calcium 0.6%or less and magnesium oxide 47.2%or more by the flotation process;the activity of magnesium oxide produced by rotating-flow dynamic calcination is up to 10 s,the burning reduction is less than 1%,the energy consumption is 0.17 tons standard coal per ton of product,and the pollutant discharge is below the limit of discharge standard;the utilization of magnesite resources,energy saving and emission reduction are remarkable.
