基于E-P分析法对LNG接收站能耗的研究

摘要 针对LNG接收站能耗分析受气液比等因素影响的问题,应用E-P分析法对LNG接收站能耗情况进行了分析,提出了基本能耗、可变能耗等控制指标的概念。首次应用E-P分析法对LNG接收站月度能耗进行预测,预测结果与实际测试结果偏差率仅为2.62%;真实地预测了LNG接收站月度用电量;通过E-P法分析外输量,为LNG接收站产品单耗指标的完成提供了生产工艺优化、商务沟通等方式。E-P分析法在LNG接收站能耗的分析及能耗预测应用,为国内LNG接收站能耗分析及预测提供了一种新方法,同时可为国内外其他LNG接收站能耗分析及预测提供参考依据。 In view of the problem that the energy consumption analysis of LNG terminal is affected by gas-liquid ratio and other factors,the E-P analysis method is applied to analyze the energy consumption of LNG terminal,and the concepts of basic energy consumption,variable energy consumption and other control indicators are put forward.The E-P analysis method is used for the first time to predict the monthly energy consumption of LNG terminal,and the deviation rate between the predicted results and the actual test results is 2.62%.The monthly electricity consumption of LNG terminal is realistically predicted.Through the E-P analysis of the external transmission,the production process optimization and business communication are provided for the completion of the unit consumption index of LNG terminal products.The application of E-P analysis method in the analysis and prediction of energy consumption of LNG terminals can not only provide a new method for the analysis and prediction of energy consumption of domestic LNG terminals,but also provide a reference basis for the analysis and prediction of energy consumption of other domestic LNG terminals.
