摘要
海上油田电动机普遍存在能耗高、效率低、老化严重等问题,导致电能浪费严重,严重制约了海上油田经济的可持续发展。随着“碳达峰、碳中和”提上日程,国家对节能减排的要求日趋严格,海上油田急需对低效电动机进行升级改造。详细介绍了高效异步电动机的结构和节能原理,给出了更精准的节能量计算方法。选取某海上油田生产水泵电动机作为试点,通过节能效益理论分析确定最佳改造方案,并对改造后电动机的节能效益进行测算。海上油田采用高效异步电动机进行节能改造,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,对节能减排、降本增效具有重要意义。
The electric motors in offshore oilfields generally have problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and serious aging,which not only seriously wastes electric energy,but seriously restricts the sustainable development of offshore oilfield economy.With the“carbon peak,carbon neutrality”on the agenda,the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction are becoming increasingly strict in our country,and there is an urgent need for upgrading low-efficiency motors in offshore oilfield.The structure and energy conservation principle of high-efficiency asynchronous motor are introduced in detail,and a more accurate calculation method of energy conservation quantity is given.A production water pump motor of an offshore oilfield is selected as a pilot,and the optimal transformation scheme is determined through the theoretical analysis of energy conservation benefits,and the energy conservation benefits of the transformed motor are calculated.The high-efficiency asynchronous motor has been used for energy conservation transformation in offshore oilfield,which has obtained good economic and social benefits,and is of great significance for energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
