大庆油田某脱水站的节能优化改造

摘要 大庆油田开发时间长,已建站场数量多,其中很多已建站场运行时间也较长,存在设备和管线腐蚀老化严重、设备运行负荷率低、自控点缺失、站内功能区布局分散混乱等问题,导致站场运行成本增加,且存在安全隐患。为解决以上问题,通过优化站场平面布局、工艺流程,应用新工艺、新设备,实施站场集中监控,采用模块化设计等措施,减少建设投资,节省运行费用,降低安全隐患,达到了节能降耗的目的。 Daqing Oilfield has a long development history and a large number of existing stations,most of which have been operating for a long time and have many problems including severe corrosion and aging of equipment and pipelines,low operating load rate of equipment,lacking of automatic control points,scattered and chaotic layout of functional areas within the station.It has led to increased operating costs and safety hazards for the station.To address the above issues,optimizing the station layout and process flow,applying new processes and equipment,implementing centralized monitoring of the station,adopting modular design and other measures does not ony reduce construction investment and operating costs,but reduces safety hazards and energy and consumption.
