35 kV聚丙烯绝缘电缆的温度特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 聚丙烯(PP)绝缘材料的熔点为160℃左右,高于交联聚乙烯(XLPE)熔点,电缆运行温度由90℃提高至105℃时,电缆载流量可提高10%以上,从而提高电缆的传输容量。本工作针对中压PP绝缘电缆进行温度特性技术研究,在型式试验中导体温度为110~115℃,顺利通过型式试验的电气试验;为验证热塑性PP绝缘电缆短路时产生的高温对绝缘的破坏程度,对PP绝缘电缆的进行热稳定试验,试验结果表明,通过导体热稳定试验、金属屏蔽热稳定试验、动态稳定试验后,PP缆芯无可见损坏。 The melting point of PP insulating material is about 160℃,higher than that of XLPE.When the operating temperature of cable is increased from 90℃to 105℃,the cable carrying capacity can be increased by more than 10%,which can improve the transmission capacity of the cable.Therefore,the medium voltage PP insulated cable was adopted for temperature characteristic technology research.In the type test conductor temperature was 110-115℃,successfully passed the electrical test of the type test;In order to verify the damage degree of insulation caused by high temperature caused by short circuit of thermoplastic PP cable,the thermal stability test of PP insulated cable was carried out in this paper.The results indicated that,after conductor thermal stability test,metal shield thermal stability test and dynamic stability test,there was no visible damage to PP cable core.
