宇航环境用线缆的性能要求及选用

摘要 本工作介绍了不同的宇航环境用线缆在电气性能、热性能、机械性能、化学性能和空间环境(包括辐射、低重力和低压力等)等方面的要求,结合在轨运行的航天器线缆,分析了不同的在轨空间环境对应的宇航环境(包括舱内环境和舱外环境),不同宇航环境用线缆应满足不同的要求。本工作对比了不同的宇航环境用线缆的性能要求,并对不同的宇航环境用线缆的选用提出了建议。 The electrical,thermal,mechanical,chemical,and space environment(including radiation,low gravity and low pressure)performance requirements of cables for different aerospace environments were introduced,and the corresponding aerospace environment(include the cabin environment and the outside environment)were analyzed,different cables used inside and outside the cabin should meet different requirements for the aerospace environment,the important feature of the cable used in the cabin is that it does not produce harmful gases to people and equipment.The performance requirements of cables for different aerospace environments are obtained,and suggestions for the selection of cables for different aerospace environments are put forward.
