摘要
光伏组件中太阳电池之间的连接方式一般采用金属光伏焊带。首先通过光伏焊带的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、屈服强度和电阻率的分析,研究了不同光伏焊带规格尺寸对其基本性能的影响,并分析了不同光伏焊带规格尺寸对光伏组件电性能参数的影响;然后通过焊接后太阳电池主栅与光伏焊带之间的焊接拉力情况,分析了不同光伏焊带规格尺寸对太阳电池焊接工艺的影响;最后通过光伏组件热循环(TC200)老化测试分析,研究了不同光伏焊带规格尺寸对光伏组件老化可靠性的影响。研究结果表明:随着光伏焊带厚度的减小,其抗拉强度和屈服强度不断降低,电阻率增加,导致制备的光伏组件的短路电流和输出功率均减小,且太阳电池正面和背面的焊接拉力均逐渐降低;经过TC200老化测试后,光伏组件在主栅方向的电致发光(EL)图像逐渐变暗,导致光伏组件的老化可靠性降低。
The connection method between solar cells in PV modules generally uses metal PV welding ribbons.This paper first analyzes the tensile strength,elongation at break,yield strength,and electrical resistivity of PV welding ribbons,and studies the influence of different specifications and sizes of PV welding ribbons on their basic performance.It also analyzes the influence of different specifications and sizes of PV welding ribbons on the electrical performance parameters of PV modules.Then,by analyzing the welding tension between the main grid of the solar cell and the PV welding ribbon after welding,the influence of different specifications and sizes of the PV welding ribbons on the welding process of the solar cell is analyzed.Finally,through thermal cycling(TC200)aging test analysis of PV modules,the influence of different specifications and sizes of PV welding ribbons on the aging reliability of PV modules is studied.The research results show that as the thickness of the PV welding ribbon decreases,its tensile strength and yield strength continue to decrease,while its electrical resistivity increases,resulting in a decrease in the short-circuit current and output power of the prepared PV module.Additionally,the welding tension on the front and back sides of the solar cell gradually decreases.After the TC200 aging test,the EL image of the PV module in the main grid direction gradually darkened,resulting in a decrease in the aging reliability of the PV module.
