新能源电站功率预测系统的运维关键技术研究及应用

摘要 在“两个细则”要求下,功率预测系统作为新能源电站必须配备的系统,其在新疆维吾尔自治区的新能源电力市场的需求也快速增长。新能源电站功率预测系统较为复杂,涉及操作系统、网络、数据库、防火墙等多个模块,对系统运行的稳定性要求较高,但目前针对新能源电站功率预测系统运维的研究较少,且“两个细则”考核分及罚款中约有20%是由功率预测系统的运维导致。在介绍新能源电站功率预测系统的基础上,从数据获取和上报的软件实现、网络参数获取及故障排除两个方面深入分析该功率预测系统的安装和运维要点,详细介绍了102、104、Modbus协议的接入原理,并提出了该功率预测系统的运维方案要点。 Under the requirements of the“two detailed rules”,the power forecasting system as a necessary system for new energy power stations,has also seen rapid growth in demand in the new energy power market of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The power forecasting system for new energy power stations is relatively complex,involving multiple modules such as the operating system,network,database,firewall,etc.,which requires high stability in system operation.However,there is currently little research on the operation and maintenance of the power forecasting system for new energy power stations,and about 20%of the“two detailed rules”assessment scores and fines are caused by the operation and maintenance of the power forecasting system.On the basis of introducing the power forecasting system for new energy power stations,this paper deeply analyzes the points of installation,operation and maintenance of the power forecasting system from two aspects:implementation of software for data acquisition and reporting,network parameter acquisition and troubleshooting.It provides a detailed introduction to the connection principles of the 102,104,and Modbus protocols,and proposes the key points of operation and maintenance plan for the power forecasting system.
