中华民族共同体视域下民族地区教育高质量发展的基本向度与内生进路

THE BASIC ORIENTATION AND ENDOGENOUS APPROACH OF HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION IN ETHNIC REGIONS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE CHINESE NATION COMMUNITY

民族地区教育高质量发展是建立在追赶、跨越基础之上的民族地区教育的新诉求。推进民族地区教育高质量发展紧扣铸牢中华民族共同体意识这一核心命题,在政治、法治、文化、经济、科学等视角有所催新,进而形成了发展的基本向度,即铸牢中华民族共同体意识的政治向度、保障民族地区教育发展权利的法治向度、促进民族地区文化交往交流交融的文化向度、适应民族地区社会经济发展需要的社会向度和遵从民族地区教育发展规律的科学向度,在此基础上形成了推动民族地区教育高质量发展的内生进路。

High-quality development has been the new demand of education in ethnic regions upon the basis of pursuing and striding.Pushing forward high-quality development in ethnic regions keeps to the key theme of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,urges innovations in terms of such perspectives as politics,law,culture,economy,science and etc.,further forms the basic orientations of development,that is the political orientation to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,the legal orientation to ensure education development rights in ethnic regions,the cultural orientation to promote cultural contact,communication,and integration in ethnic regions,the social orientation to adapt to social and economic development needs in ethnic regions,and the scientific orientation to follow education development rules in ethnic regions,then on this basis forms the endogenous approach to advance high-quality development of education in ethnic regions.
