以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线的农业文化遗产保护性开发研究——基于贵州从江稻鱼鸭系统保护性开发实践的思考

AN RESEARCH ON PROTECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICUL⁃TURAL CULTURE HERITAGE BY TAKING FORGING A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY FOR THE CHINESE NATION AS THE PRINCIPAL LINE:The Reflection on Protective Development Practice Based on Rice-Fish-Duck System of Congjiang County in Guizhou

以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线进行农业文化遗产保护性开发是新时代的要求,“从江实践”的积极探索不仅有效应对了农业文化遗产保护与开发过程中面临的一系列挑战,而且取得了农业文化遗产传承保护与社会-经济-生态效益同步实现的突出成效,增强了“五个认同”。以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线的农业文化遗产保护性开发,需要重视两大问题——其一是人的利益问题,要树立“以人为本”理念,协调好多重利益关系,以共享发展成果推进共同富裕;其二是传统向现代的转型问题,要全面贯彻新发展理念,推动农业文化遗产进行创造性转化与创新性发展,以开放共享促进资源整合互动,增进各民族交往交流交融,扩大农业文化遗产创新发展空间。

The implementation of protective development of agricultural culture heritage by tak⁃ing forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the principal line has been the demand of the new era,and the active exploration of“Congjiang Practice”not only responds ef⁃fectively to a series of challenges faced by the protection and development process of agricultural culture heritage,but also achieves outstanding effects of synchronous implementation regarding the in⁃heritance and protection of agricultural culture heritage and the social-economic-ecological benefit,strengthening“Five-Identification”.The protective development of agricultural culture heritage by taking forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the principal line should pay attention to two issues,one is people’s interest issue,that is to establish the idea of people orient⁃ed,coordinate well multiple interest relationships,and promote common prosperity through sharing development achievement;the second is tradition to modernity transformation issue,that is to fully implement new development idea,push forward creative transformation and innovation development of agricultural culture heritage,facilitate resource integration and interaction through open sharing,enhance ethnic contact,communication,and integration,and expand the innovative development space of agricultural culture heritage.
