摘要
为研究船体变形对液压顶撑校准的影响,基于某多用途船的主机液压顶撑,对船体变形情况进行有限元计算,对变形对液压顶撑校准的影响进行分析,并提出有针对性的优化措施。结果表明:船体变形会对主机液压顶撑的校中产生影响,校中误差随船体变形程度的增加逐渐增大。研究成果可为提高主机液压顶撑校中的准确性提供一定参考。
In order to study the influence of hull deformation on the alignment of hydraulic bracing,based on the main engine hydraulic bracing of a multi-purpose ship,the deformation of the hull is calculated by finite element method,the influence of deformation on the alignment of hydraulic bracing is analyzed,and targeted optimization measures are proposed.The results indicate that the deformation of the hull have an impact on the alignment of the hydraulic bracing of the main engine,and the alignment error gradually increases as the degree of hull deformation increases.The research results can provide some references for improving the accuracy of the hydraulic bracing alignment of the main engine.
