机舱轴流风机风管安装方案及分析

Air Duct Installation Scheme and Analysis of Axial Flow Fan in Engine Room

为降低噪声、便于施工和检修,对现有机舱轴流风机连接形式进行介绍,并从施工周期、可操作性、便捷性等方面对3种常用方案的优缺点进行分析。在此基础上,确定最优方案。研究成果可为机舱轴流风机的风管安装提供一定参考。

In order to reduce noise and facilitate construction and overhaul,the existing connection forms of axial flow fans in the engine room are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of 3 conventional schemes are analyzed from the aspects of construction period,operability,and convenience.On this basis,the optimal solution is determined.The research results can provide some references for the air duct installation of axial flow fans in the engine room.
