摘要 为推进海上城市建设及大型海工装备的智能化、数字化、信息化,建立大型海工装备数字孪生体,对远海作业海工装备的运行数据进行采集。提取并处理孪生数据,通过卫星通信进行远程传输,进而实现孪生体和远海实船的联动。在此基础之上,构建一种基于数字孪生技术的新型大型海工装备远程监控系统,可用于海工装备智能远程故障诊断。研究成果可为数字孪生技术在海工装备中的应用提供一定参考。 In order to promote the construction of maritime cities and the intelligence,digitization,and informatization of large marine equipment,a digital twin of large-scale marine equipment is established to collect operational data of offshore operation marine equipment.Twin data for remote transmission are extracted and processed through satellite communication,thereby achieving linkage between the twin and the offshore real ship.On this basis,a new type of remote monitoring system for large-scale marine equipment based on digital twin technology is constructed,which can be used for intelligent remote fault diagnosis of marine equipment.The research results can provide some references for the application of digital twin technology in marine equipment.
