摘要
为在满足舱室换气次数、设备使用环境和人员舒适性要求的前提下节省能耗,对舱室布风器位置和数量、回风格栅数量和大小等冷源配置进行优化,并进行建模仿真,对优化前后温度场和人员舒适度的变化情况进行分析。结果表明:优化布置方案可在满足舱室使用环境要求和人员舒适性需求的情况下减少约30%空调送风量。研究成果可为详细设计与生产设计中空调与布风器布置提供一定参考。
In order to save energy consumption on the premise of meeting the requirements of air changes,equipment usage environment and personnel comfort,the location and number of air distributors in the cabin,the number and size of return air grilles and other cold source configurations are optimized,and modeling and simulation are carried out.The changes of temperature field and personnel comfort before and after optimization are analyzed.The results show that the optimized layout scheme can reduce the air conditioning supply volume by about 30%while meeting the environmental requirements for cabin use and personnel comfort needs.The research results can provide some references for the layout of air conditioning and air distributors in detailed design and production design.
