摘要
为提高海上风电运维船的可达性和发电量、降低运维交通成本,以国内海上风电运维船为研究对象,对风电运维船的发展现状进行阐述,对当前存在的问题进行分析并提出相关改进建议。在此基础上,对不同海域的运维船进行经济性分析,根据分析结果确定最佳类型。结果表明:运维船选型时要综合考虑运维船成本和发电量损失情况,不同海域的经济性最佳船型往往不同。研究成果可为海上风电运维船的经济性评估提供一定参考。
In order to improve the accessibility and power generation of offshore wind power operation and maintenance ships,and reduce operation and maintenance transportation costs,taking the domestic offshore wind power operation and maintenance ships as the research object,the current development status of wind power operation and maintenance ships is elaborated,the existing problems are analyzed,and relevant improvement suggestions are proposed.On this basis,economic analysis is conducted on operation and maintenance ships in different sea areas,and the optimal type is determined based on the analysis results.The results indicate that the selection of operation and maintenance ships should comprehensively consider the cost of operation and maintenance ships and the loss of power generation,and the optimal economic ship types in different sea areas are usually different.The research results can provide some references for the economic evaluation of offshore wind power operation and maintenance ships.
