摘要
从全球来看,建筑行业碳排放量占总量的40%。2019年全国建筑全过程碳排放总量分别达到22.33亿tce和49.97亿tCO_(2),占全国碳排放比例分别达45.8%和50.6%。建筑领域低碳转型是我国实现“双碳”目标的重中之重。2020年,习近平主席提出“双碳”战略,建筑领域作为碳排放的主要来源之一,对“双碳”战略的实施具有重要作用。从建筑全生命周期、建筑结构以及能源的供给效率三个方面论述了碳排放的影响因素,并提出了将BIM技术应用于建筑全生命周期、综合使用节能技术、建立健全建筑能耗监督系统的碳减排路径。
From a global perspective,the construction industry accounts for 40%of the total carbon emissions.In 2019,the total carbon emissions from the entire construction process in China reached 2.233 billion tce and 4.997 billion ton CO_(2),respectively,accounting for 45.8%and 50.6%of the country's carbon emissions.The low carbon transformation in the construction industry is the top priority for China to achieve the"Double Carbon"goals.In 2020,President Xi put forward"Double Carbon"strategy and building construction sector,as one of the main sources of carbon emissions,plays an important role in the implementation of the"Double Carbon"strategy.This paper discusses the influencing factors of carbon emissions from three aspects:the entire life cy-cle of buildings,building structure,and energy supply efficiency.It proposes the carbon emission reduction path of applying BIM technology to the entire life cycle of buildings,comprehensively using energy saving technolo-gy,and establishing a sound building energy consumption supervision system.
