New advances in the study of scaffold materials for cartilage tissue engineering

摘要 软骨缺乏血管和神经滋养,自我修复和再生能力十分有限。将支架、细胞及活性因子相结合的组织工程技术,被认为是修复软骨损伤的重要的新方向。支架不仅为细胞提供黏附的支撑位点,还可改善局部微环境,影响细胞的增殖和分化,在软骨再生过程中发挥着重要作用。支架材料包括天然材料、合成材料和复合材料。本文对目前在软骨组织工程中应用较广泛的材料进行综述,以期为该领域的研究提供有价值的参考。 Lacking blood vessels and nerve nourishment,cartilage has limited ability to repair and regenerate.Combining scaffolds,cells and active factors,tissue engineering has been considered as an important new direction for repairing cartilage injury.Scaffold plays an important role in the cartilage regeneration process,not only providing a support site for cell adhesion,but also improving the local microenvironment and affecting cell proliferation and differentiation.Many materials have been used to make biodegradable scaffolds:natural materials,synthetic materials and composite materials.In this paper,the materials that have been relatively widely used in cartilage tissue engineering were reviewed so as to provide valuable reference for researchers in this field.
