血清降钙素原检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the value of detection of serum procalcitonin in pediatric infectious diseases

目的 探究血清降钙素原检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法 选取17例感染性疾病患儿设为研究组,另选取13例体检健康者设为对照组。两组均进行血清降钙素原检测,比较两组血清降钙素原阳性率及血清降钙素原水平。结果 研究组血清降钙素原阳性率82.35%显著高于对照组的7.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血清降钙素原为(0.96±0.16)ng/ml,显著高于对照组的(0.23±0.07)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清降钙素原在儿科感染性疾病检测中具有重要的诊断与鉴别价值,可给予儿科医护人员重要的参考价值,将其运用到患儿感染性疾病的治疗过程中,有利于促进患儿身体健康的恢复。

Objective To investigate the application value of detection of serum procalcitonin in pediatric infectious diseases.Methods 17 children with infectious diseases were selected as the research group and 13 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum procalcitonin was detected in both groups,and the positive rate of serum procalcitonin and serum procalcitonin level were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate of serum procalcitonin was 82.35%in the research group,which was significantly higher than that of 7.69%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum procalcitonin was(0.96±0.16)ng/ml in the research group,which was significantly higher than that of(0.23±0.07)ng/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum procalcitonin has important diagnostic and differential value in the detection of pediatric infectious diseases, which can provide important reference value to pediatric medical staff. Its application in the treatment of pediatric infectious diseases is conducive to promoting the recovery of children's health.
