维拉帕米与胺碘酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的效果观察

Effect observation of verapamil and amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

目的 分析维拉帕米与胺碘酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的效果。方法 86例阵发性室上性心动过速患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组43例。对照组患者接受维拉帕米治疗,实验组接受胺碘酮治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、24 h恢复窦性心律占比、72 h室上性心动过速(室上速)复发率及不良反应发生率。结果 实验组患者治疗总有效率90.70%高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者24 h恢复窦性心律占比95.35%高于对照组的79.07%, 72 h室上速复发率0低于对照组的11.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率4.65%低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胺碘酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速效果更好,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率,减少不良反应发生,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of verapamil and amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Methods A total of 86 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with verapamil,and the experimental group was treated with amiodarone.The therapeutic effect,proportion of sinus rhythm recovery at 24 h,recurrence rate of supraventricular tachycardia at 72 h,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 90.70%in the experimental group was higher than that of 72.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of sinus rhythm recovery at 24 h was 95.35%in the experimental group,which was higher than that of 79.07%in the control group,and recurrence rate of supraventricular tachycardia at 72 h was 0,which was lower than that of 11.63%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 4.65%in the experimental group was lower than that of 18.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone is more effective in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and lower the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
