探讨头孢他啶联合左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸内科感染患者的效果及不良反应发生情况

Investigation on the efficacy and adverse reactions of ceftazidime combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with respiratory infection

目的 分析头孢他啶联合左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸内科感染患者的效果及不良反应发生情况。方法 70例呼吸内科感染患者,按照奇偶法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规基础上给予头孢他啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予左氧氟沙星治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗前后的炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率91.43%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的IL-6、TNF-α水平分别为(1.61±0.62)、(17.13±2.23)ng/L,低于对照组的(1.93±0.44)、(20.43±1.51)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率5.71%低于对照组的25.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 头孢他啶与左氧氟沙星联用可以有效提升呼吸内科感染患者的抗感染效果,改善患者炎性因子水平,减少不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of ceftazidime combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with respiratory infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with respiratory infection were divided into control group and observation group according to odd-even method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with ceftazidime,and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 91.43%in the observation group was higher than that of 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were(1.61±0.62)and(17.13±2.23)ng/L,which were lower than those of(1.93±0.44)and(20.43±1.51)ng/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than that of 25.71%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ceftazidime combined with levofloxacin can effectively improve the anti-infection effect of patients with respiratory infection,improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
