家庭为中心的人文关怀护理在肺部感染患者中的应用

Application of Family-Centered Humanistic Care in Patients with Pulmonary Infections

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的人文关怀护理在肺部感染患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年4月至2022年1月河南省渑池县人民医院收治的肺部感染患者87例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(43例)与干预组(44例)。对照组予以常规护理方案干预,干预组在对照组基础上予以家庭为中心的人文关怀护理模式干预。比较两组临床症状消失时间、心理状态[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、遵医行为、自我效能[自我效能感量表(GSES)]、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预组咳嗽、咳痰、气促、胸痛、发热消失时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05);干预后,干预组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,干预组肺功能锻炼、配合治疗、服药依从评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的20.93%(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的人文关怀护理可降低肺部感染患者并发症发生率,减轻其消极心理,增强遵医行为,提高自我效能,改善临床症状,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application value of family-centered humanistic care in patients with pulmonary infections.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with pulmonary infection admitted to Mianchi country people's hospital of Henan province from April 2019 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and intervention group(44 cases),and the control group was given conventional nursing program intervention,on the basis of which the intervention group was given family-centered humanistic care nursing model intervention.The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,psychological status[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],compliance behavior,self-efficacy[self efficavy scale(GSES)],complication rate and satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of cough,sputum,shortness of breath,chest pain and fever was shorter in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05);After care,HAMA and HAMD scores were lower and GSES scores were higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05);Compliance behavior scores were higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 4.55%,which was lower than 20.93%in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.73%,higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family-centered humanistic care can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with pulmonary infections,reduce patients'negative psychology,enhance patients'compliance behavior,improve their self-efficacy,improve clinical symptoms and increase nursing satisfaction.
