配戴角膜塑形镜对角膜上皮下神经纤维的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 利用激光共焦显微镜观察配戴角膜塑形镜1年半的患者角膜组织变化。方法 选取2019年1月至2019年12月于宁波市眼科医院配戴角膜塑形镜的患者102例(186眼),观察配戴前及配戴1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月、18个月后,患者角膜上皮及上皮下神经纤维密度、分支数量、弯曲度、内皮等方面的数据变化。结果 随着角膜塑形镜配戴时间的增加,角膜上皮层厚度有所变薄,但角膜上皮细胞并无明显改变。配戴角膜塑形镜前后,患者角膜上皮细胞、角膜中周边及中央角膜神经纤维主干密度、角膜神经纤维分支密度、角膜神经纤维密度、角膜内皮细胞数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。角膜神经纤维弯曲度随着角膜塑形镜配戴时间的增加而增加。配戴前后角膜内皮细胞数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 配戴角膜塑形镜有着较好的安全性,可应用于控制青少年近视进展。 Objective To investigate the changes of corneal in patients wearing orthokeratology lens for one and a half years by laser confocal microscopy.Methods A total of 102 patients(186 eyes)who were fitted with orthokeratology lenses at Ningbo Eye Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected to observe the data changes in corneal epithelial and subepithelial nerve fibre density,number of branches,curvature,and endothelium of the corneas of the patients before wearing and after 1 month,3 months,6 months,12 months,and 18 months of wearing.Results The thickness of the corneal epithelial layer thinned with the increase of orthokeratology lens wearing time,but the corneal epithelial cells did not change significantly.Comparison of corneal epithelial cells,corneal nerve fibre trunk density,corneal nerve fibre branch density,corneal nerve fibre density,and corneal endothelial cell counts before and after orthokeratology lens wear was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Corneal nerve fibre curvature increased with the increase of orthokeratology lens wearing time.Comparison of the number of corneal endothelial cells before and after wear showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Corneal orthokeratology lens have a good safety profile and can be used to control the progression of myopia in adolescents.
