前馈控制对肝动脉灌注化疗患者护理的效果研究

Effect of feedforward control on the care of patients undergoing hepatic arterialinfusion chemotherapy

目的 探讨前馈控制对于肝动脉灌注化疗(hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy,HAIC)患者舒适度及护理的效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2022年11月浙江省肿瘤医院收治的101例需行HAIC的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=53)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用前馈控制。比较两组患者舒适度、术后不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组患者HAIC术后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患者舒适度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在HAIC患者护理安全管理中应用前馈控制能提高护理安全质量,降低不良反应发生率,改善HAIC患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control on the comfort and nursing care of patients undergoing hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIC).Methods A total of 101 patients admitted to Zhejiang Cancer Hospital who needed HAIC from June 2022 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=53)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group used feedforward control on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of patient comfort and the occurrence of postoperative adverse events.Results The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions after HAIC in patients of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the patient comfort score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of feedforward control in the safety management of care for HAIC patients improves the quality of safety of care,reduces the incidence of adverse events,and improves the quality of life of HAIC patients.
