新形势下的食品安全行政执法问题研究

Research on Administrative Law Enforcement of Food Safety in the New Situation

食品安全是人们最为重视与关注的社会热点问题之一。随着居民收入水平的不断提升,人们在食品消费方面日益多样化,国家对食品安全工作也提出了更高的要求,进入新时代以来,出台了不少有关食品安全的法律法规,持续加强食品安全领域行政执法力度。不过在食品安全行政执法领域,还存在诸多薄弱环节,导致食品安全行政执法水平不高。本文从新形势下食品安全行政执法的现状出发,分析了其存在的主要问题,并提出一些改革措施建议。

Food safety is one of the hottest social issues that people attach great importance to and pay attention to.With the continuous improvement of residents’income levels and the increasing diversification of food consumption,the country has also put forward higher requirements for food safety work.Since entering the new era,laws and regulations related to food safety have been intensively introduced,and administrative law enforcement efforts in the field of food safety have been continuously strengthened.However,there are still many weak links in the field of food safety administrative law enforcement,resulting in a low level of food safety administrative law enforcement.Starting from the current situation of food safety administrative law enforcement under the new situation,the article analyzes the main problems and proposes some reform measures and suggestions.
