摘要
本研究选取广东省内27家食品相关产品的生产、销售、使用单位作为调研对象,了解广东省食品相关产品经营及使用环节的质量安全状况,分析经营和使用过程中存在的风险和食品安全隐患,针对性提出管理措施,规范经营行为,提升广东省食品相关产品质量安全水平。
The study selected 27 production,sales and use units of food-related products in Guangdong province as research objects to explore the quality and safety status of food-related products in the management and use links,analyze the risks and food safety hazards in the operation and use process,propose targeted management measures,standardize business behaviors,and improve the quality and safety level of food-related products in Guangdong province.
