Lab-grown diamonds are a unique material for jewellery design,with the advantages of cost-effective,colourful and green.With the advancement of technology,the rejuvenation of consumer groups and the standardisation of industry standards,the application of lab-grown diamonds in the field of jewellery is becoming more and more widespread.At present,the lab-grown diamond industry is still in the development stage,and most of the related articles focus on technology and market analysis,with little involvement in the field of design.Based on this,the essay takes lab-grown diamonds as the object,through questionnaire research and collating and analysing the relevant jewellery products in the market,it deduces the design style and characteristics of lab-grown diamond jewellery from the characteristics of the material and the market characteristics.According to the current market situation and development trend,the labgrown diamond jewellery is divided into four aspects,namely,wedding jewellery,pleasure jewellery,memorial jewellery and designer jewellery to discuss the design characteristics of the lab-grown diamond jewellery,with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the design of jewellery of lab-grown diamonds.
