摘要
对江苏某新材料公司采用新型超细粉磨技术,综合利用钢渣、矿渣建设一条年产30万t超细粉磨生产线建设案例进行分析探讨,对于超细管磨机技术以及预粉磨的辊压机或者立磨系统进行分析,提出钢渣与矿渣、粉煤灰与矿粉、石粉(75μm以下石屑)与粉煤灰等常见复合超细粉磨技术的可行性,为后续超细粉磨生产技术提供参考。
This article analyzes and discusses the case of a new materials company in Jiangsu using new ultra-fine grinding technology and comprehensive utilization of steel slag and mineral slag to build an annual production line of 300,000 tons of ultra-fine grinding.It analyzes the ultra-fine tube mill technology as well as the pre-grinding roller press or vertical grinding system,and proposes the feasibility of common complex ultra-fine grinding technologies such as steel slag and mineral slag,fly ash and mineral powder,stone powder(stone debris below 75μm)and fly ash,providing references for the subsequent ultra-fine grinding production technology.
