Plastic pipes are commonly used piping materials in municipal projects,with strong application advantages such as high flexibility,good hydraulic characteristics,easy installation,and high corrosion resistance.Applying plastic pipes in municipal projects can improve the quality and safety of municipal projects.Currently,there are many types of plastic pipes,and materials like PVC-U pipes,HDPE pipes and PE pipes can be used in municipal projects.This article analyzes the application advantages of plastic pipes in municipal projects,and discusses the connection methods of plastic pipes,aiming to provide references for the application of plastic pipes in municipal engineering.
