摘要
以硫氧镁水泥为胶凝材料、膨胀珍珠岩为轻质骨料,采用物理发泡工艺制备干密度为600 kg/m3的发泡混凝土,以此分析研究憎水剂对硫氧镁水泥发泡混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、体积吸水率、耐水软化系数及憎水率的影响。研究结果表明:掺加憎水剂,基本不影响泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和干密度,综合考虑最佳掺量为轻烧氧化镁粉质量份数的2.0%。
Magnesia sulfoaluminate cement was used as the cementitious material,expanded perlite was used as lightweight aggregate,and physical foaming technology was used to prepare foamed concrete with a dry density of 600 kg/m3.Based on this,the effects of water-repellent agent on the compressive strength,flexural strength,volumetric water absorption,water softening coefficient and water repellency of magnesia sulfoaluminate cement foamed concrete were analyzed and studied.The results show that the addition of water-repellent agent basically does not affect the compressive strength and dry density of foamed concrete.Comprehensively considering,the optimum dosage is 2.0%of the quality of calcined magnesia powder.
