摘要
以不同粒径的煤矸石替代水泥砂浆中的中粗砂,研究不同粒径煤矸石及其替换率对煤矸石纤维水泥砂浆强度的影响。试验结果表明,煤矸石替代中粗砂骨料会导致水泥砂浆抗压强度显著降低,替换率越高,煤矸石粒径越小,强度降低愈明显。同时,高替换率的大粒径煤矸石相较小粒径煤矸石强度降低更加明显,0.5 mm煤矸石80%替换率组,28 d抗压强度仅有8.549 MPa,相对于对照组降低了81%;聚丙烯纤维具有良好的阻裂效果,能够大幅提高水泥砂浆的抗折强度。
Coal gangue of different particle sizes was used to replace medium and coarse sand in cement mortar to study the effects of coal gangue with different particle sizes and replacement rates on the strength of coal gangue fiber cement mortar.The test results show that the replacement of medium and coarse aggregate by coal gangue leads to a significant decrease in the compressive strength of cement mortar.The higher the replacement rate and the smaller the particle size of coal gangue,the more significant the strength reduction.At the same time,large particle size coal gangue with high replacement ratio showed more obvious strength reduction compared to small particle size coal gangue.The 28-day compressive strength of the 0.5 mm coal gangue 80%replacement group was only 8.549 MPa,decreased by 81%compared to the control group.Polypropylene fiber has a good crack resistance effect and can greatly improve the flexural strength of cement mortar.
