摘要
文章以泉州市东宝花苑保障性住房项目(四期)工程方案设计为例,分析山地场地对建筑的总体布局、道路交通、工程造价、功能布局及景观风貌上的限制和影响,通过整体统筹规划,解决场地与功能的矛盾,实现项目的最终落地。
Taking the design scheme of the Quanzhou Dongbao Huayuan affordable housing project(phase IV)as an example,this article analyzes the restrictions and impacts of mountainous sites on the overall layout,road transportation,project cost,functional layout and landscape style of buildings.Through overall planning,the conflicts between site conditions and functions are resolved to achieve the final implementation of the project.
