Prefabricated construction in building engineering can substantially enhance construction efficiency and facilitate quality control of critical construction processes.This paper examines the prefabricated construction of Lanhu Primary School as a case study,analyzing the quality control and project supervision strategies implemented for this prefabricated building project.It is hoped that the insights provided will serve as a helpful reference for other similar construction endeavors.
