The article first discusses the project content and the significance of housing construction project management.It then raises existing issues in housing construction project management.Finally,it explores targeted solutions to these issues,including improving project management systems,implementing contract management,strengthening awareness of project management quality,carrying out information-based management,etc.,for reference.
