Due diligence has been widely used in mergers and acquisitions in the commercial field.In today’s era,when hospital trusteeship has become an important form of constructing medical consortium,it is particularly important to conduct detailed investigations and analyses of the entrusted hospitals.This study aims to employ due diligence methods and procedures from the commercial field to investigate and analyze planning and setting,service capabilities,finance,human resources,compliance,and legal risks of the target hospital for trusteeship.Meanwhile,it also seeks to comprehensively evaluate the opportunities and risks of the trusteeship.
