医院高质量发展背景下提升医务人员数据素养的研究

Improvement of the data literacy of medical staff in the context of high-quality hospital development

目的提升医务人员的数据素养,有利于医疗数据的采集、形成和蕴含知识价值的提取。方法通过问卷网随机发放问卷到各科室,涉及内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、中医科、公共卫生科、护理、医学技术、五官科等多个专业的医务人员。结果收回问卷133份。在6个维度得分中,数据敏感的均值为4.5827,数据伦理4.5910、数据获取与更新4.3055、数据评估与解读4.1629、数据利用4.1090、数据交流与分享4.1393。26项指标得分为3.9398~4.8195。结论提高医务人员对数据素养的认知,重视并加强对医务人员数据素养的培训,建立医疗数据管理机制,可为医疗大数据的快速建设和发展储备人才,助力医院高质量发展。

Objective To improve the data literacy of medical staff in the context of high-quality development.Methods The study conducted literature research and set 26 indicators across 6 dimensions.Questionnaires were randomly distributed via an online survey platform.Results A total of 133 questionnaires were collected,with a reliability Cronbachαcoefficient of 0.947,indicating high overall credibility.The validity of the questionnaire was tested using factor analysis,which yielded a KMO coefficient result of 0.897.The significance level of this test was infinitely close to 0,indicating good validity for the questionnaire.Among the six dimension scores,the mean scores for data sensitivity,data ethics,data acquisition and update,data evaluation and interpretation,data utilization,and data exchange and sharing were 4.5827,4.5910,4.3055,4.1629,4.1090,and 4.1393,respectively.The 26 indicators scored between 3.9398 and 4.8195.Conclusion To improve data literacy of medical personnel,it is crucial to strengthen the training of medical personnel data literacy,establish a medical data management mechanism,and pay attention to the cultivation of their data literacy.These efforts will contribute to conserving more talents for the rapid construction and development of medical big data,ultimately pushing the high-quality development of hospitals.
