摘要
目的了解海外归国医学人才的文化融合和生活满意度情况,提出归国人才管理对策和建议。方法采用自设问卷对海外归国医学人才进行问卷调查,调查内容包括海外归国医学人才基本信息、文化融合、生活满意度等方面。调查结果采用SPSS 21进行数据统计分析。结果共收集有效调查问卷102份,家庭支持对文化融合程度及生活满意度有积极影响,海外归国医学人才存在文化融合问题,除语言融合(4.57±0.55)得分较高外,文化融合(3.81±0.53)、人际交流(3.80±0.59)、工作表现(3.91±0.62)、个人爱好与社区融入(3.43±0.63)、生态适应(3.73±0.65)等各维度融合程度均呈一般水平,文化融合程度与生活满意度呈正相关。结论高校附属医院应重视海外归国医学人才的文化融合问题,完善管理机制,营造生活、文化过渡环境。
Objective To investigate the cultural integration and life satisfaction of medical talents who have returned from overseas and propose management strategies and recommendations for these individuals.Methods A custom questionnaire was used to investigate the medical talents returning from overseas,covering such contents as basic information,cultural integration,life satisfaction and other aspects.SPSS 21 was used for statistical analysis.Results The medical talents returning from overseas faced cultural integration problems:The score of language proficiency was a satisfactorily high level(4.57±0.55),but other aspects like cultural integration,interpersonal communication,academic work performance,personal interests and community involvement,and ecological adaptation were at a general level(3.81±0.53,3.80±0.59,3.91±0.62,3.43±0.63 and 3.73±0.65,respectively).The degree of cultural integration was positively correlated with life satisfaction.Conclusion University-affiliated hospitals should pay attention to the cultural integration of medical talent returning from overseas,improve the management mechanism,and create a transitional environment of life and culture.
